Now that spring has (finally) arrived, there is really little excuse to not get to the gym. No more snow, no more rain, no more flu or cough, just sunshine and better energy. So let’s get you excited for that next sweat session. Here are a few of my favorite work out pieces that I find are essential to get you pumped up for any workout. There is nothing cooler than showing up to your Y7 yoga class in a dope outfit just because when have you ever walked into a Y7 class that’s not flooded with girls in sick tanks and racer back sports bras?
Anyways, back to the good stuff. Here are a few of my favorite gym gear finds for you to explore before heading into your next sweat sesh.
The Natori Zen sports bra is stylish, yet supportive, made of performance Cool Dry fabric to keep you comfortable while feeling the burn in the studio or out shopping with friends. Molded cups provide exceptional support without compressing, while the high-recovery elastic back and adjustable straps ensure a custom fit.
These mid-rise Joust shorts from P.E. Nation are so cool, and a great length. I love the side stripe panel that give it a unique look as opposed to regular black spandex shorts.
This chic short-sleeve vest is perfect for the warmer weather. The reflective details will help you out when you’re on that run outside after the sun’s gone down.
I mean dare to be different? These leggings are awesome, sophisticated and will create a strong presence in the gym and on your running route. Leggings with designs, mesh, color and pattern are definitely in for spring.
Hats are certainly in, especially when they’re in color like this one. Am I right? Great addition to your gym gear.
Floral Floral Floral! And a floral track jacket from Adidas? Yes please. Thanks to @nutritionstripped for this awesome photo. From gym to juice bars, this jacket is a must.
Whether you’re stretching, flexing or springing, this Berlei sports bra provides great support for every workout.
Because every girl needs a bag to carry their mat to and from yoga. There’s only so many mat charges we can handle per class. Save your money, buy a mat and get this awesome printed yoga mat bag from Sweaty Betty.
Stand out from the crowd wearing these gorgeous metallic sneaks from Nike. From barre class to brunch to the grocery store, these shoes will keep you comfortable and on the move.
